Agent: Cici

"Cici is an excellent real estate agent — friendly, communicative, and always professional. She speaks very good English and truly understands her clients’ needs. In our case, she found us the perfect apartment in the exact area we wanted, with all the features we were looking for. Beyond the apartment search, she provided incredibly broad support with practical matters such as setting up internet, helping with residence registration, and connecting us with a cleaning service. We highly recommend Cici to everyone, especially foreigners looking for a smooth and stress-free experience. 5 stars!"

Agent: Cici

"Cici is awesome. I will 100% be working with her again. The only reason I’m not continuing with her is my life is too busy to move right now and my apartment got taken over by another leasing company. When I move next I will 1000% be working with Cici again. She’s a wonderful person, super responsive, and goes above and beyond for you. Cici is really the best!"

Agent: Cici

"Cici is a very good house agent. She has assisted us for everything from searching the flats to establish all the main services necessary to rent the flat. Moreover, as we are foreigners and less practice on the daily life aspects, we did not know Chinese lamguage, she assisted us for many other services such as cleaning service, internet and daily life first issues before our settlement in the new flat. She is active, always problem solving girl and very kind! I suggest her with 5 stars to whoever is searching a house in Hangzhou! Stefania Sabella"

Even after we've moved in, she's been very helpful with communicating with landlords, and answering our questions. In a last few years, we've recommended her to countless friends and will definitely continue to do so. Thank you, Agnes!"
