"Tina was amazingly helpful from beginning to end of the journey of finding an apartment in Hangzhou. We communicated before I arrived in China and she took on board what I was looking for and managed my expectations. She arranged to view many flats after I arrived, within my timescale, and was always excellent at communicating. I had some small issues with payments etc. which she helped me resolve and on moving day she helped me register and set up all the necessary things like WiFi, electric etc. She has been brilliant, highly recommend."
